A leading commercial vehicle and mobility solutions company is seeking a strategic and driven Bus & E-Mobility Sales Manager to lead its bus and electric mobility sales division. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving market growth, managing key accounts, and expanding the footprint of next-generation mobility products across the region.

About the Role

The successful candidate will spearhead sales strategy, client engagement, and business development for both traditional bus fleets and emerging e-mobility solutions. This includes municipal, corporate, and private sector sales, with a focus on delivering sustainable, cost-effective, and innovative transport solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for buses and e-mobility products
  • Identify new business opportunities across public and private sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet operators, municipalities, and corporate clients
  • Present tailored solutions aligned with customer needs and sustainability goals
  • Lead negotiations, tender processes, and key account management
  • Work closely with product and technical teams to stay aligned on specifications and delivery timelines
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
  • Provide accurate forecasts and regular sales performance reports

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven track record in bus sales, commercial fleet solutions, or e-mobility technologies
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a B2B sales management or key account role
  • Experience working with government contracts, municipalities, or public transport tenders
  • Strong understanding of EV infrastructure, fleet electrification, or related technologies (advantageous)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
