Enjoy repairing vehicles and working with great colleagues in a high-tech environment If so join our team Experience with or want to learn to repair electric vehicles Even better We are certified to repair Teslas and are expanding to other EVs Our newest location and state-of-the-art repair facility in Glen Burnie MD is growing Successful candidates will repair assigned vehicles to pre-accident condition according to the written repair order and in accordance with OEM standards All job offers are contingent on a satisfactory background check Job Responsibilities Review each repair order including estimates and notes to understand needed repairs prior to beginning work on the vehicle All repairs must be completed according to the documentation contained on the repair order Perform initial teardown of vehicle Identify parts for cut-in and edging Perform all repair procedures according to factory specifications and company policies Follow company procedures in application of under-coating corrosion protection seam sealer weld-through primer and lubricants Document labor time on work order as it is completed Review work order and initial all completed repair items Re-assemble painted vehicle and painted parts Report any equipment problems or failures to management immediately Maintain a clean an organized work environment Qualifications High school diploma or GED 6 months of work experience Valid US drivers license for at least 1 year with good driving record Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving no more than 2 moving violations andor at fault accidents in the past 3 years and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the last 5 years A conviction will not necessarily disqualify you for employment Job Type Full-time
