Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Vehicle Dynamics Design and Fabrication Expert with 1-2 years of experience in both electric vehicles (EVs) and concept vehicle development. If youve participated in events like Baja, Supra, or Formula Student or someone who has attended Capabl/ Elite Techno Group's workshops and has strong expertise in vehicle fabrication, design, and electric powertrains, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop vehicle dynamics for concept vehicles, including electric vehicles (EVs), with a focus on performance, safety, and energy efficiency.

Oversee the entire fabrication process, including welding, cutting, assembly, and integration of EV components such as motors, batteries, and controllers.

Utilize SolidWorks or similar CAD software to design both traditional and electric vehicles, including chassis, suspension, and powertrain layouts.

Conduct detailed design of electric powertrains, working on the optimization of battery systems, motor selection, and regenerative braking systems.

Lead hands-on EV build projects, ensuring seamless integration of EV systems and high-quality fabrication.

Mentor and train young engineers, guiding them through the design, fabrication, and assembly of both traditional and EVs.

Travel to events and workshops, leading teams and providing on-site guidance for both concept and EV builds.

Deliver engaging presentations and technical workshops, sharing insights on vehicle dynamics, EV technology, and fabrication processes.

Requirements

Proven experience in automotive events like Baja, Supra, or Formula Student, with a focus on EVs or hybrid systems.

Strong expertise in vehicle fabrication processes, including welding, cutting, and assembly, with specific experience in EV component integration.

Proficiency in SolidWorks or other CAD software for designing both conventional and electric vehicles.

Knowledge of EV systems, including battery management, motor controllers, and energy-efficient design principles.

A deep passion for both traditional vehicles and electric mobility, with a strong understanding of vehicle dynamics and powertrain engineering.

Willingness to travel for training and project needs.

Excellent communication skills, with a flair for mentoring and engaging with young engineers.

Confident stage presence and public speaking skills.
