The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record of success in developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives acquisition and retention of key enterprise-level accounts across multifamily real estate, hospitality, parking, and other verticals.
- Drive strategic approach to project and vendor management, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Create and implement lifecycle and retention marketing strategy, focusing on building enterprise relationships, upselling, and generating referrals.
- Owning and evolving the company's visual identity, tone of voice, and core messaging across all platforms.

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, brand, and communications operations and strategy, with a focus on B2B targeting enterprise clients.
- Extensive experience with project and vendor management, including CRM strategies and thought leadership.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with ability to create marketing and sales collateral.
- Track record of owning and executing complex projects independently, with ability to use data to gather insights and make decisions through creative problem-solving.
