Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our National Electrical Vehicle (EV) Infrastructure Team. This is a career-defining opportunity for talented individuals to work on cutting-edge EV charging station projects.
As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with Professional Engineers to develop civil & electrical engineering designs. You will be responsible for phases of design work including preliminary design visits, conceptual plans, zoning/planning coordination, permit documentation, and construction level design plans. You will also work closely with CAD staff to prepare plans for submittal to local authorities having jurisdiction.
This role offers tremendous potential for professional growth in the quickly growing EV infrastructure market. You will have the opportunity to implement the latest EV charging technology to help clients develop a network of private, public, and fleet EV charging stations.
">Key Responsibilities
- Work with Professional Engineers to develop civil & electrical engineering designs for electric vehicle charging station projects
- Collaborate with CAD staff to prepare plans for submittal to local authorities having jurisdiction
- Assist with project management, budgeting, and preparation of proposals
- Field work to gather existing conditions information and perform construction inspections
Required Skills and Qualifications
- B.S. in Engineering required
- Minimum 8 years experience/previous EV design experience
- Land development, grading, storm water, utility design, & solar experience desirable
- Proficiency using AutoCAD & Civil 3D
- Solid oral and written communication skills
- Desire to work in a team environment
- Professional Engineering License preferred
- Driving is a requirement of the position. A clean driving record is required.
