Senior Technical Product Manager for EV Charging Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced Tech Program Manager to accelerate Amazon's Last Mile electrification and facilitate the successful transition of our delivery fleet to achieve net zero-emissions in support of The Climate Pledge. As a key member of our team, you will define EV charging and infrastructure engineering requirements, develop or source solutions to meet those needs, and manage the performance of our EV charging assets post-installation.
Job Description
This is a hands-on role that requires a strong technical background in mechanical engineering, product development, and program management. You will be responsible for driving mechanical design requirements and specifications for EV chargers, working backwards from our operations customers, serving as the primary technical interface with ODM engineering teams for design reviews and approvals. You will also develop and validate mechanical prototypes with ODM partners, ensuring designs meet Amazon's specifications and performance requirements through rigorous testing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally and domestically (30% total travel)
